Now it turns out that 'Independent Prosecutors' are only independent right up until Burn Loot Murder start doing what they do best, but the right is required to pretend not to notice there's a large elephant in the room and it's sitting right on top of the CPS. 

Hence why the Usual Suspects are outrageously outraged at Suella Braverman coming out in support of the police. Just like Stormzy and his pals, leftists want to be free to attack the right, but they're outraged that anyone fights back.

Bad news everyone! Apparently, the Government can put you under house arrest, close down your business and deny you cancer treatment but they can't deport the Beast of Benghazi.

And that's why conservatives are racists! I'm willing to bet not one in a thousand of these morons could explain what's actually wrong with Rwanda. Nope, we're just meant to accept that it's full of.... those people. 

They never quite say what they mean but, then again, why would they have to? It's not like they need to appeal to actual voters. The Labour Party - aka the former People's Party - only campaigns in one constituency these days: Judgesham-on-sea. 

Meanwhile, the Cuckservatives refuse to draw the obvious conclusion from a Labour Party afraid even to state clearly what it believes. Like I keep saying, the left doesn't rely on judges to get its agenda through because its policies are popular. 

Besides, as the saying goes, justice must not only be done, but must be done behind closed doors with zero transparency. 

At least I think that's how it goes. Still, at least it's a reminder that for all the 'Putin supports Brexit' talking points, it always seems to be the Eurocrats that are down with Mother Russia. 

The only real issue I have with talk of 'foreign judges' is that it presupposes there is such a thing as a 'British' judge. 

Nope, all the judges round here are clearly proud citizens of the Republic of Davos.  Meanwhile, just like the Rwandans, we're barbarous, primitive natives needing to be civilised by our betters. 

Cuckservatives Find A Dung Heap To Die On

Hey, I'm so old I remember when the cuck wing of the conservative movement couldn't go five minutes without talking about the vital vitalness of 'electability'. Once Fat Dave started his reign of error in 2005 there was no stopping these people from lecturing everyone on how important it was to ditch any actual conservative policies in pursuit of electoral success. Actual conservatives had to get with the program, you guys, and realise this wasn't the hill to die on (where 'this' meant any actual conservative policies whatsoever). 

Well, it turns out a funny thing happened just recently: I believe the technical term for this is an 'open goal'...so where are the squishes? If winning votes is your thing, deporting homicidal lunatics would seem to be just the ticket.

Hey, free clue wets: there's a reason why it's the crazy wing of the Labour Party which has taken up this cause while Sir Keir is busy hiding under the stairs. Labour could always introduce a manifesto commitment to protect the rights of Persons of Homicide but, strangely enough, they're happy to outsource it to Mr Justice Crazypants and the rest of the unelected freaks on the bench. 

Nope, the non-insane parts of the Labour Party know they're juggling nitroglycerine. Deporting felons is not just the right thing to do (duh) and also a vote winner (duh), it's also the perfect example of why people gave the Tories an eighty seat majority in the first place. Nobody voted for violent lunatics to be given an Access All Areas pass to Britain, it was just one more thing the snoot class managed to sneak into law via phony baloney, non-adversarial lawsuits between activist lawyers and pro-open borders government departments.  Now, at last, the left is being forced out of the closet and made to stand up and state openly what they've always believed ('Open Borders Uber Alles'). 

I don't think it'll go well for them... except the cucks seem desperate to let them off the hook. As Meatloaf would say, they would do anything for electability, but they won't do that. Everything else is up for grabs, but deporting killers? That's just so dreadfully suburban!

After all, there's every bit as much supporting evidence for their testimony as for these jihadist atrocity stories. Plus, at least the abductees aren't part of organisation that trains its members to make bogus abduction claims and they don't think mass murder is a perfectly reasonable way to get your point across, so they're probably more reliable witnesses too. Then again, given recent history, I'd say there was plenty of evidence that the aliens aren't so much walking amongst us, as sitting on the bench in the Supreme Court.

The Essence of Dhimmitude

There's a lot of overlap between the phenomena of creeping sharia and dhimmitude, but with one huge difference. Sharia is at least an objective body of law, whereas the defining feature of dhimmitude is the absurd lengths to which Infidels will go to humiliate themselves even (or especially) in the absence of any rational reasons to do so. Which brings me neatly onto the Hairdressing Jihad.

It goes without saying that, in so far as 'indirect' discrimination is defined so loosely, this is almost a textbook case of an unconstitutional law, but it's even worse than that. Consider that the left's new baby seal wasn't turned down for a job at interview (no matter how often the MSM will claim otherwise). Nope, she'd already been turned down, had asked to stop by for an informal chat, then turned round and sued her hostess (say, anyone know why conservatives accuse lawyers of poisoning our society) ?

Never mind the question of whether this case should even be actionable in the first place, the alleged victim suffered absolutely no loss whatsoever, but the tribunal decided to award her compensation anyway. Huh ?

Ditto, even if you accept the absurdity that not allowing a hairdresser to wear a bed sheet on her head constitutes 'indirect discrimination' - and try to imagine the left's reaction if terrorism was defined so loosely - that would only work if wandering round under a sheet really was an Islamic requirement. Don't be shocked, but it ain't.

Head covering is an avowedly political statement, not a religious one, and pretty extreme politics at that. This isn't banning crucifixes, it's banning Klan regalia.

So, for those of you keeping track at home, we have a small businesswoman being subjected to legal harassment by an Islamofascists lunatic, who has suffered no hardship whatsoever but still gets awarded compensation anyway for the trauma of potentially being turned down for a job because of her demand to wear fascist regalia on the job. Note the sleazy sleight of hand here. They claim to have suffered psychiatric damage as a result of imprisonment even though they were free to leave at any time. The only thing they couldn't do was enter Britain proper - they were free to go anywhere abroad.

This is how terrible their imprisonment was - almost as bad as living anywhere else in the world.
