I've never been one to hold back on my criticism of Howard
et al, and in fact I was going to write about the latest outbreak of weaseling (they'll only commit to 'review' the Human Rights Act - that'll show them lawyers). So I was naturaly quite delighted to see this eminently sensible
piece from David Davies. He strikes the balance perfectly, saying what every non-Kool Aid drinker on the planet would agree with, without giving the weasels anything to bite on.
