Well, you first have to patiently wait for our impartial and honest scientists to formulate fresh hypotheses based upon this new and contradictory data, test them thoroughly and empirically and await peer review by the IPCC before establishing a tax and regulatory regime powerful enough to keep the continental glaciers at bay.
